From the Equine Journal , written by Liia Becker
I came in from the barn one day a few weeks ago, turned on the TV and there was the Oprah show touring Windsor Castle in England. They were giving us a glimpse into the life of HRH Queen Elizabeth II. I immediately thought, will they talk about her horses? Indeed they did do a tour of the barn and there I saw the handsome, unmistakable Cleveland Bay horse.

Meet our group of Tide's End Farm horses. They are a wonderful group of horses with great personalities and are well suited to lessons mounted or unmounted. As you can see, we continue to acquire rare Cleveland Bays for use in our riding program. Not only do we find them wonderful movers and teachers, they also afford a special opportunity for people to try this amazing critically endangered breed. With only 548 in the world, they are rare gems indeed!

Tide's End Farm's horse and riding programs are different in many ways. We are based in dressage and eventing, but teach people from all disciplines, all levels and all ages. Our lessons are for riders staying with us, those who come in for a day and for local clients that come on a regular basis. What m akes us truly unique, is our ability to customize the program that is right for you, whether it be one lesson or a week with us. All instruction is given by instructor Liia Becker. Liia has passed the ARICP standards for Advanced Level III in the disciplines of Eventing and Dressage. A believer in strong basics, Liia covers work on the ground and mounted in a safe, fun and complete program, that results in horse people, not just riders.
